What happens after your request reaches us

Four fixed steps. You keep control of the shortlist, and no resort is booked until you answer the confirmation reply.

  1. We read the constraints before anything else

    Travel dates, kids ages, budget and departure airport are checked first. If two of them pull against each other, for instance a tight budget next to a five-star request, one email tells you the trade-off in plain numbers.

  2. You get a Turkey and Egypt shortlist, row by row

    Two or three resorts per country, each row showing total price for a family of four at your exact number of nights, flight time from Ukraine, airport transfer duration, kids club age range, meal plan and beach entry. Transfers sit inside the total, not underneath it.

  3. You cut the rows you do not want

    Mark what to drop or what misses the budget and we revise the shortlist once at no charge. Any field we cannot verify is labelled as unverified, with the date the quote was read, so nothing looks firmer than it is.

  4. We hold the rooms and lock the transfer

    On your go-ahead the rooms are held, the transfer vehicle and pick-up time are confirmed, and the total stays as quoted for the dates you approved. Nothing is charged from this form.
