This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for travel packages booked on bytepeulselabs.com. It forms part of our Terms of Service and applies to consumers in Ukraine.

Travel services are provided under Law of Ukraine No. 324/95-VR 'On Tourism' dated 15 September 1995. Distance contracts follow Law of Ukraine No. 675-VIII 'On Electronic Commerce' dated 3 September 2015 and Law of Ukraine No. 1023-XII 'On Protection of Consumer Rights' dated 12 May 1991.
Fees cover costs already incurred (flights, hotels, transfers). If documented costs are lower, the lower amount applies.
If we cancel a confirmed booking, you may take a full refund of amounts paid or an alternative package of equal value. Refunds are issued within 30 calendar days to the original payment method after supplier confirmations.
Email contact@bytepeulselabs.com with your booking number. We confirm receipt within 3 business days. Payment provider or bank fees may be deducted where they are actually charged.
Consular and visa fees, insurance premiums, expedited document services, and third-party tickets already issued in your name are non-refundable.
